The Hunger Games

**

Okay, so. I just saw The Hunger Games yesterday. I read all the books months ago, and loved them so I was so excited to see it! I loved it. I thought they did a fabulous job staying true to the book, and the emotion you felt for the characters was amazing! I loved how they used very minimal music, and the cinematography was just beautiful.

On another note, I actually saw it ALONE! Yes. I went to the theater in the middle of the day and bought myself a ticket, popcorn, and sat there alone. Well, to be fair, I was on a "date." My boy lives in Georgia and was seeing the movie at the same exact time as me! It was cute. And I was actually surprised by how much I LOVED going alone! I will definitely be doing it again, date or no date ;)

This past weekend I spent a day in DC....for the first time! I can't believe it took this long for me to finally visit. Loved it -- definitely need WAY more time though!
